Great hotel but out of the way for convenience. That's the only drawback. Besides that the restaurant and all the staff at the hotel are awesome.

Property is well appointed with excellent location and good facilities, however, below average customer service with mistakes made at check-in and check-out spoilt the overall experience. Hotel caters almost exclusively to Chinese tourists, which is expected, but worth noting that English speaking skills of staff are limited and the food options are also very limited towards local tastes.

We didn’t like the fact that the bar closed at 7.00 pm, too early if you’ve been out for the day. Lovely room and facilities. Very attentive staff, in particular Patrick, who was extremely helpful.

Quality of service is exceeding expectations.

Very professional and timely service, room amenities were neat and plentiful, room was consistently serviced, with spectacular view.

Service was at the top. Best hotel so far.
