Love to cleanness of the room and the property

First of all, this is not a luxury hotel. For the price and the way it’s presented on Expedia, we expected a completely different experience. The property is much less impressive in person. The lobby is small but cozy, and the staff were helpful, though the service never felt particularly warm or elevated. Getting to our room was a hassle—it’s spread across connected buildings with long walks between sections, and the elevators were painfully slow. The room itself was basic. We specifically paid for a “mountain view,” yet another building was directly in front of our window and the mountains were barely visible. That was probably the biggest disappointment. The room also wasn’t comfortable for sleeping. The bedding made a surprising amount of noise whenever you moved, and the AC was extremely loud throughout the night. Breakfast isn’t included, and the hotel restaurant was so busy that we had to deal with a waitlist just to have breakfast where we were staying. The food wasn’t anything memorable either. The spa was another letdown—small, with two pools and views toward the street, so it didn’t feel particularly private or luxurious. Nothing was outright horrible, but nothing justified the price either. It felt like an average hotel being marketed and priced as a luxury property. I wouldn’t stay again.
