We are requesting a full refund for our stay because the room was uncomfortably hot due to the non-functioning air conditioning, making it impossible to get a proper night’s sleep. Despite repeatedly informing the staff throughout the day and late into the evening, no meaningful action was taken other than eventually providing a fan after multiple requests. The excessive heat made our stay extremely uncomfortable, and I even developed painful skin irritation and boils on my hand during our stay. Whether or not they were directly caused by the room conditions, the heat made the experience unbearable. Considering the amount we paid for the room, this level of discomfort and lack of customer service is unacceptable. We believe a full refund is warranted given that the hotel failed to provide the basic comfort and amenities that were advertised and expected.

Buffet breakfast was great spread …beyond our stay was awful with a broken AC in our room since we checked in was a steam room couldn’t open windows I was traveling with my 8yrs daughter went to the lobby and kindly complaint on the AC situación they send technician 2-4 times throughout the afternoon nothing really work room temp was 28 enclosed ! By 9 pm they send another person with crappy little fan , I complaint and ask for room change by then supposed talks to the manager she couldn’t give me us another solutions than sending technician for the 3rd time with 2 mores little fan that they work , we spend the must awful night feeling frustrated and no real support or any reasonable solution by manager beyond fan and blame the situación on heat wave I talked to other guest and They were not having issues with AC , they end up moving us to another room the next day cause I complaint and requested a rate adjustment for the inconvenience for the first night they offer 20% on dinner wich they did and they says that should’ve Cover it up !

Excellent stay and experience. Wonderful location, rooms, amenities and staff. Highly recommend

L'hôtel est bien situé, mais la chambre était petite et le mobilier assez vieux. La chambre de bain pourrait être rénovée. L'air climatisée ne refroidissait pas assez. Le petit déjeuner était excellent !
