Wonderful hotel, very friendly staff.

A very friendly hotel and insane views from the room

Booked a month in advance. Upon arrival at 10pm they told us they could not accommodate us and to call Expedia to relocate us. Basically told me to figure it out. I had my family wth me which made me even more frustrated after a long drive to get to that point. Overall it was not a good experience. Luckily Expedia was able to get us booked in a hotel. It took over an hour but they helped us out.

Exceptional stay on Wall Steeet - very walkable for business - including great restaurants and proximity to major sites and shopping.

The hotel was ok and that’s about it. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean enough. However, the bath was badly stained and the hotel in general is in need of a refurb. The most annoying thing was that they emailed 2 days before arrival to notify me that the bar and restaurant was having a soft refurbishment and was closed. Had I known this earlier, I would have chosen somewhere else. However, with so little time to do so, the prices of other hotels were considerably more. They surely knew about the work at the time I booked and could have let me know much sooner.

Perfect location. Everything as expected.

Liked the location, the staff in the lobby, and the size of the room for a family of three. New furniture and bed, and overall a very good experience. Costly, but so in NYC.
