Fabulous location. MOA staff incredibly helpful from booking to checking out. The apartment had everything we needed and really felt like home.

Perfect personalised service and staff were all exceptional and welcoming. Loved our room and all the little touches such as the rubies cube challenge. Will definitely be back.

Beautiful new facilities Dining options limited to 2 course or 3 course package but we drove to the pub at Yarra Glen (10 mins) and had a great feed at pub prices Beautiful views at Breakfast We were unfortunately the only other guests that were not part of a 100+ delegate conference so we did get woken up when they were returning to their rooms after a few sherbets late at night Beautiful part of the country

Fabulous location. MOA staff incredibly helpful from booking to checking out. The apartment had everything we needed and really felt like home.

The location was excellent. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The bathroom walls and entry door handles were visibly dirty and needed thorough cleaning to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. The hand basin and bathtub plugs were missing. The cold tap at the hand basin was very hard to turn on and off, and no matter how tightly it was turned off, the water kept dripping. Both bedside lights were not working. The TV controller didn't work, and the reception staff replaced it. When I reported the above-mentioned issues, I was told the maintenance staff were aware of the leaking tap and broken bedside lights and would repair them after the weekend, during my stay. However, these simple repairs never happened during my stay. The hotel room I stayed in was not fit for the purpose, and I feel I'm entitled to some refund.
