The place itself is nice, the swimming pool is unique in its surroundings. The staff members are very nice and courteous. The biggest downside is the level of maintenance of the rooms (all parts, icluding the bathroom and the toilet) which should improve.

This hotel is situated on a beautiful private property, with a lovely garden and private beach with rock pools! Food - especially Sri Lankan food - was fantastic! The staff also made sure they did everything to make our stay a lovely one. But sadly, the place wasn’t up to standard. Rooms, toilets and surrounding areas looked worn down. The “white” look in these images - I can guarantee it’s not white. It was more yellowish. Our toilet seat broke while we were there. The place was clean, but it was definitely worn down. It’s not upto standard of a luxury villa, and it’s definitely not worth the price they charge for it!

This property we booked in negambo. Property is not maintained well. Though location wise it is good, near to airport. It has a dead vibe even it is sea facing. Buffet was having lots of options but those were not eatable. When we checked in room AC was not working, door lock was also not functioning. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone

We loved our experience from beginning to end. A tranquil and beautiful place, with so many places to rest and explore within the walls. Loved the room, the pools, the food was excellent, the store for crafts and the wildlife surrounding us was the perfect way to recalibrate after a long flight and shake off any residual stress. We would love to return.

Overall it was a very nice hotel and was well kept. The staff were very accommodating. The rooms were older than I expected. Restaurants and bar closed earlier than scheduled.
