Probably the most uncomfortable bed Ive ever slept on in my life.

We love this location we will definitely stay again on our next trip!

I loved the shower. The hotel was very thoughtful and had great recommendations for dining, shopping, etc in the neighborhood. It was a relaxing place to stay in Tokyo.

Hotel is very nice in terms of locality, cleanliness, easy access to station. Staffs were really helpful and friendly. Would be nice if they have more laundry machines and generous to have water dispenser at each floor. Missed free ramen at the restaurant, will try next time.

The bed was hard and the AC in the room wasn't working, but the customer service was exceptional. I picked the tower view and it did not disappoint. From the moment we arrived and throughout our whole stay the staff was very helpful and accommodating. The location is also perfect because it is close to the shops without it being overwhelmingly busy. A bonus was that the limousine bus for the airport stops in front of the hotel.

Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo is a magical place. The room we were in was immaculate, the grounds were meticulously manicured and the food was incredible. But what sets this place above, is the people. We have stayed at many high end hotels and resorts across the world and I will say, the staff at Hotel Chinzanso make everyone feel incredibly well taken care of...special...like royalty. This will be the only hotel we stay at when going back to Tokyo.

The best location for visiting Tokyo!!! The room was super nice and clean! The view of the Club lounge is the best!

Love this boutique hotel. The location is great, rooms are modern and spacious with amazing cityscape views (and on nice days mt Fuji!). The in-room snacks and beverages were awesome too, and included!!! Great value compared to Edition and Janu, which were amazing as well but in a completely different price bracket.

Tokyo Bay Shiomi prince hotel the service and amenities are IMPECCABLE! We will be back. Thank you for the warm welcome! Staff are well versed in english. Very respectful and nice. Every request we made was done with a smile! Especially, IDE, LI and MARILOU! ❤️

Great location and access to Ginza and greater Tokyo area. The room was amazing and we would stay here again.

All the staff was so patient and friendly! The rooms were clean, and pyjamas provided! We will definitely be staying again on our next trip!
