Love the parking near the hotel. In and out for 24 hours . Excellent breakfast

Family enjoyed our stay. I loved the security of the place. We Had to use keys to move within the property. The key would only take you to your assigned floor and the amenities. The place its self was clean well maintain. Staff is great well informed.Bring your groceries and just stay in enjoy the place. Out in the streets well not all that great buts its L.A. After covid was hard to find trust worthy places for my family to be at plus a safe place for my autistic child. This place i would come back to. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great stay overall. The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly, and my room was always well taken care of. Breakfast had plenty of good options. The downtown location made it easy to get to everything. Would definitely stay again.

Service was excellent and staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The pool was picture perfect with the beautiful views of the ocean and stunning landscapes. Our bungalow room had two French doors that opened to a view of the ocean, perfect for taking in the cool breeze. We enjoyed the resort and will visit again! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I have stayed here either 3 or 4 times and this time was probably the last unfortunately. I like the cost effectiveness and honestly it’s a safe little cheap hotel. There’s a fridge and a nice area to put your bags. There is also 2 windows which I am a fan as a big fresh air girl but when it’s hot out the ac does work. The doors slam especially loud which sucks because the rooms are very small and close together. Also if you don’t have respectful neighbors, as I did not, you can hear them screaming and acting stupid all night. There is no monitoring of the parking lot so anyone can come and park and visit the noisy neighbors as well. The floors could use a good swiffering but my main issue was the huge hairball that was left in my bathroom:( she kept me awake the first night. Requested a room cleaning from the webcam people and they said there’s a cleaning staff shortage so it wouldn’t get cleaned that day and that was the full discussion. Didn’t get cleaned any of the days I was there for 3. Meanwhile the cleaning lady (who is very nice by the way) was doing the room two doors down from mine. Anyway that’s enough for me. Also no microwave anywhere.

My family and I stayed at JBI for a week in early April. The staff at check-in were welcoming. The room was spacious (2 queen beds) and clean. There is a public beach on the marina next door with kayak rentals. It was an oasis. We would certainly return.

Great location. Lounge/Bar Food Limited menu although excellent. Parking garage fit my truck on level 1 or 2 only 6'9. Valet 6'6" Other resturants nearby all close by 8 but tahi restaurant
