Rooms were clean consistently and often throughout the day. We stayed in privilege room but didn’t really get all the privilege amenities. Some of the staff were rude and expected a tip after doing a poor job. Allure lounge was closed most of our stay which was a key privilege private part we wanted to do. Overall great resort 4/5 for us.

The hotel clean this was OK, but we always had trouble with getting towels napkins at the restaurants. They were always out. Butler we’re supposed to book restaurants for dinner and when we came to our reservation, we were not on the list that was embarrassing to see, and it was not only us. There was a few more couples. Also our room key did not work. We had to reprogram it a few times and even replaced them they still would not work. We would have to look for someone to help us to get in our room.

When we arrived they said they was going to upgrade our room. We felt like they down graded us. Rooms ceiling fan wouldn't work, outlets in the bathroom didn't work. Air exchanger in sleeping area wasn't working. Had to complain multiple times to get it some what fixed. They working on the roof one day past 6:15 pm. It was so load you couldn't even hear the tv and forget about sleeping. We trusted them for our 24th anniversary. It was so bad we might not ever come back to Mexico.

They gonna milk your money for every little thing. Charged me 20 usd for plastic hotel band. I was a solo traveller. But originally room was allowed for 2 persons. But they were asking me 50 usd for another friend visit as i didn't mention the name in check in. End up not paying them. No microwave to heat up the food. Shower was ok. At the end end my mistake that i booked last moment whatever available. But if you have other options i suggest try others. Happy holidays! Gracias!
