The hotel is old and very poorly maintained. The bathroom sink was leaking and broken, and the sound of water dripping from the air conditioning kept us awake and interfered with our sleep. The staff was also very unfriendly and unhelpful. We paid for breakfast but had to leave early for an early flight, so we asked if we could substitute it with lunch or dinner (we even suggested to pack extra if needed), or if they could simply pack us a breakfast-to-go. They flat out said “no” and refused to accommodate us in any way. They didn't try to help at all and clearly didn't care about our experience.

Hotel was amazing, very good location on the waterfront, pool area has potential to do more ie: pool bar more drink varieties, snacks. Rooms were very spacious, hallway air flow could improve though going from a/c elevator to no ac to a/c room Considering the hotel is fairly new, it would be one to come back to in the future. Also Jeju itself is amazing

The staff we encountered were great. He Len at the front desk remembered my name the next morning. Which was impressive considering how many people she meets. My car was ready for me the next morning without having to call for it. They park your car for you and bring it down in the morning when you call for it. The room was all we needed. Clean and comfortable. The breakfast met all our needs. A mixture of western and Korean foods. It’s in a good location. We could walk to local stores and restaurants. I would stay here again if I visited Korea again.
