The property is great!! its beautiful, location, amenities, the swimming pools, everything is great! Areas of improvements: it might be systems and processes for maintenance of the hotel

The toilet is not so clean with black mould on the grout. Staff kept missing to provide clean robe every day had to call housekeeping almost every other day. Aside from that location so great next to a big mall.

The hotel is located very conveniently near the shops and main street.

The staff was great, everything was clean, loved the breakfast!

Confirmation email had incorrect information on it. Said front desk closed at 10pm, luckily for us it was 11pm as per another booking sites information. Phone number in the email was inactive as was another number we tried from another booking site. No way to call. Suite cleanliness wasn’t the best. Mirror in bathroom was dirty, shower had a musty smell and floor has a fair few hairs on it that weren’t mine. Only 2 towels provided, no bath mat, no hand towel, no face cloths. Fridge wasn’t cleaned and wiped out from last people, no cloth or teatowel provided for the kitchen. The pool area and pool was lovely, but the few lounger chairs around were all broken. Wifi was a little intermittent

Small comfortable room sufficient for my needs. Close to Chinatown. Could get to main attractions easily. Friendly staff.
