Severe health and hygiene issues - confirmed bedbugs. We experienced a severe hygiene issue during our stay at this property. Within the first 48 hours, my husband began developing severe bite marks. We notified the front desk immediately to request a deep clean and fresh bedding, but the issue was dismissed as local outdoor bug bites. Despite thoroughly checking the room initially and finding nothing, we later discovered a dead bedbug under the covers. We have photographic documentation of both the insect and the daily bite patterns. Other guests have noted similar experiences in past reviews. Travelers should exercise caution when booking this location.

Cleanliness was an issue for me. The Hotel wasn't clean therefore I felt unclean. Dust on the wall attached hair dryer and a lot of other surfaces. No bathmat, no washcloths, scratchy towels. Bed linens were the bear minimum, one crummy pillow, and just sheets, no blanket option. One member on staff running around trying to do everything, front desk, paperwork, checking if rooms are ready, answering to customers, leaving the front dest un attended when customers need to get help and out the door. All I want to say is I will not be back to stay there.

Always a pleasure staying at Heritage Hill Hotel. Staff are very friendly, extremely helpful and the hotel is in great shape and condition.

The host greeted us warmly, offered us juice and chocolate on arrival!! The hotel staff was wonderful and the property was super clean! We dined on the rooftop the first night! We had a lovely view of the Acropolis. The food was exceptional as was the service! The breakfast buffet was large and fresh! The bed was comfortable! We did hear the noise from outside traffic and in the hallway. That was the only issue. The staff helped us arrange taxi service to the airport! Overall a great stay!

Everything was so nice here at the hotel and perfectly located. The staff is so helpful and had great suggestions for us and always took care of us. The food and cocktails were also the best ever. Would stay here again and can't recommend staying here enough!!

Great hotel and location.

The hotel was very sensually located and well maintained. We had an issue with the air-conditioning the first night, and decided to call the front desk on the second night. When we called reception to ask about the air conditioning, within a few minutes, they had sent somebody upstairs to address the issue. Super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

The restaurant for both breakfast and I had dinner there was excellent!

Excellent hotel and location. Lighting in room, especially over bathroom sink was insufficient. Hotel did not provide wash cloths. Breakfast was great. Rooftop deck is very nice!
