Room was clean and tidy, very basic - no kettle or cups. The bed was a little lumpy, but the size of the room was very good for the location. It is literally in the middle of Times Square and fully soundproofed!

This is hands down such a fantastic hotel, friendly staff and very close to everything. It started with Vanessa at checkin, she was fantastic and was able to get us checked in a little early and provided my sister and I a complimentary bottle of champagne to celebrate our birthday. We went to see La Traviata at the Met Opera and ate at La Grand Boucherie- incredible food, it was a spectacular overnight celebration. It was so special. Highly recommend staying here.
