The staff were absolutely amazing! The service was great! Everyone was very efficient and wanting to help. We had an A/C issue and they fixed it immediately. Everything was clean and fresh! The security was great and we felt very safe.
The only thing was the bathroom in the room….great for a couple but not a girls trip. lol I had to go to the lobby to use number 2. Why is it glass walls???
But besides that it was great!

The view was good, staffs were friendly. However, the luggage department was found lacking. We arrived early and stored our luggages with the hotel. We were told to call for luggage delivery after checking in. I called and waited more than 30 mins and no response. Ended up picking up the luggages myself.

My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.

Room was clean, wash room was good too. Though bedsheets were rough and not enough warm. AC was too loud and didnt find anything to even turn off. Overall, good experience. Will definitely stay if they fix AC issue. Morning available coffee was amazing.
