Spacious rooms, friendly staff, clean, lots of shopping and dinning options.

Everyone who worked here was wonderful. Kind, helpful and friendly. I stayed by myself and always felt safe. I am going back in November!

Overall it is a nice upscale hotel with good size rooms and nice views, if the room is on higher floors. The rooms need to be renovated. Shower stall leaked due to poor seals next to the wall enclosure. I expect a lot more for a 5-star hotel at the exorbitant prices that they charge. Do not eat at the restaurants in this hotel. The food is less than average and overpriced. Service is not good and they automatically add a minimum of 18% service charge regardless of the size of your party or the service they provide.

We did not appreciate the mustiness and smoked in smell of the room we were in. We had to keep it very cold to try to minimize it which made for an uncomfortable stay. additionally, us and several others staying in our group had issues with sinks not draining in the bathroom which was an annoyance. otherwise, great location and friendly staff.

We stayed at this hotel 18 months ago and had a great time and the staff were really good and attentive, unfortunately not this time. Reception staff didn't even bother to day good morning back. We're given coffee pods in our that didn't even fit the machine, didn't bother asking for the right ones as would have been expected to tip! The area around the pool was a mess, empty glasses and rubbish, every sunbed had a used wet towel on even though there was only one other family group at the pool. We asked for some towels to which we were told they did not have any!! Such a shame as we had such a great time on our first visit. Probably wont stay here again.

This hotel is fantastic. The rooms are spacious—a real luxury in New York. The location is excellent, and even though it’s close to Times Square, it’s surprisingly quiet. Everything was spotless, the staff were wonderful, and the food was great.
