Building is very outdated with poor craftsmanship. Location beautiful and staff were kind. Food was not good especially at the buffet. Will not return.

We had a great time! The resort is amazing - the staff members are absolutely wonderful, the rooms are large and beds/pillows comfortable, fun activities, lots of varieties of foosd!

Good food, excellent staff. Partial ocean view was mostly of a construction site but was not in the room much so not an issue next time I wouldn’t select that option. If your on the first floor above the theatre the music might get bother you if your a light sleeper. All the restaurants have good food and we never had to wait to get in. Would definitely book for a holiday again.

Spacious, comfortable, and exactly what you want after a long day. The rooms feel open and well-designed, and everything is super clean.
The staff really makes the difference, friendly, attentive, and always ready to help without overdoing it.
Overall, a solid stay that just gets it right. Would definitely come back.

We loved our stay at Los Pilares. The location is perfect, just outside the old part of town and a very quiet location (with an amazing cafe just down the road!). The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself was beautiful, so much lush greenery throughout the common areas and the rooms also beautifully decorated.
