When we arrived for 3 day stay was put into a room 2 block away from main building, had to take lift to basement, room was right next to lift, very tiny No window, door to very small courtyard with sewage pipes, after complaining we were moved to floor 2 in main building, nice room & bathroom but very small, no chair or table/desk to sit at, Did not book Breakfast but was never asked if we would like it. Room very clean & tidy but very small.

Absolutely amazing hotel, clean and staff amazing, breakfast lovely even tho i didnt realise included so great bouns. Definitely book again

I wanted to check this brand new

This location is very nice. It’s clean, smells good, and is super close to the train. My husband and I brought our daughters age 17 and 13. We had a fully booked trip of seeing all the things… and this location was safe, clean, and nicely by public transportation. We didn’t spend a ton of time at the hotel specifically but the rooms were adorable and clean. A great size I imagine, given the price. We were really happy and I’d recommend this location.

The rooms were very small compared to other RIU hotels. The staff were not very friendly, and the breakfast was not very good compared to other RIU properties I have stayed at. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations. I have come to expect from RIU hotels.

The good: Location, location, location: close to Victoria train station, major attractions, shopping, restaurants, and Chinatown. Decent breakfast a definite plus. Clean. The not so good: Tight Bathroom even for one person, forget two people in there. Very weak shower water pressure made bathing a challenge. Fairly hard mattress. No room service. No ice machine Narrow corridors with cleaning carts making walking single file.
