Beautiful property, not must to see, don’t expect courteous service unless you speak fluent Spanish. People don’t seem to like Norte Americanos very much. Food is bountiful but pretty bland. Best pineapple I’ve ever tasted.

The jacuzzi in the room was terrible. Many, many times I tried but could not get it to work. Maintenance came multiple times, but they too had a hard time getting it to work.

I didn’t like the fees for additional guest.

It was truly a sight for sore eyes but the food sucked. Food is cheap in Panama so it doesn’t matter, for the views and aesthetic, I’d go again!

The accommodations were luxurious, the amenities top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The breakfast was by far the best complementary breakfast I ever had. From the fresh fruit to the wellness shots. It truly was an exceptional experience. It is in the perfect location. With 2 bars and a soaking tub in the room. I truly didn’t want to leave my room. Bristol will always be my go to hotel when visiting Panama. Overall a 100/10

Nice hotel only negative is that they dont have much entertainment for guests. Staff was great.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was nice with great views, the original had a damp moldy smell and once I reported it, my room was changed immediately, My only complaint was the breakfast, it was good that some food options changed daily but the quality was not the best. I think better care is needed with the hot food preparation.
