Clean, great location right on the beach

I stayed here with my wife for 7 nights. Great hotel. Very clean. Staff are amazing. Breakfast included was good. Quiet area. Beds in room were great and pool with room was nice. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Massages at hotel were great too!!!

This hotel is really excellent. There is a major drawback though. The night clubs are down the beach and whilst there is notice that there will be noise from 9.30-2.30am it is actually until 4am. It is incredibly loud and whilst the bamboo rooms are great to stay in there is no sound proofing so if you are looking for a relaxing stay this is great during the day, but at night it is a real challenge.

Solo traveller and very disappointed at this 5* hotel. While at times the staff were pleasant, they also make the guests feel like we are going to take the towels, umbrellas, dressing gowns....... the amount of checking, signing and following up was just ridiculous. The cash deposit required doesn't make sense as you get it back but they don't have credit card details for incidentals. Breakfast was average, same bland food daily with no changes. Overall, more a 3.5* - 4* experience, definitely not a 5* experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed Andaman. Close to airport, villas had access to buggies driving us around which was excellent for the elderly. At the same time, easy to walk around the resort, as well as nearby local places. Our 3 bedrooms villa and pool was clean, and well equipped. Buffet breakfast - very yummy. Unfortunately, on our third night there, the air conditioner broke down. They quickly tried to fix it for us, wasn't able to and provided us with fans. They were kind enough and upgraded us to a 4 bedroom villa for our last night. Staff were friendly and handled the situation well. Thank you. Highly recommend this resort, we will be back.

My husband and I LOVED this property! The staff was very friendly, the Spa was the best we have been to, and the room and amenities were incredible!
