staff work very hard to keep this hotel clean. Need better amenities like bigger hand soap. Need more detail cleaning in the rooms. Every day we had Indian tour groups and they were very noisy! They do shopping at night come back at about mid night then start packing doors open and talking loudly and going one room to other until 3 in the early morning. We complain to front desk and offered room change but all the floors were same! Someone from staff should go and asked them to shut room doors and keep quiet. Breakfast time also same, loud talking and full of people, but staff did good job filling up food items!

The hotel is a bit of a walk from Chidlom BTS, however they provide free tuk-tuk shuttle service to and from Mercury Ville! I enjoyed the free daily iced drinks and snacks at hotel lobby and the free credits which can be used to exchange for titbits/drinks/cup noodles from the vending machine! IF only the room could be renovated, they were quite tired looking imo.

Good location, lots of restaurants and parks in the area and down the road from the blue line MRT. We got the premier room and it was massive for an excellent nightly rate. Hotel staff was very helpful, pool is nice and there's 3-4 lounging areas for sun or shade worshippers. Our reservation came with the breakfast buffet which was a steal of a deal. I definitely recommend this hotel if you're staying in Silom.

The location is great, near Chinatown, a temple, the train, and several 711s. The staff was nice. The breakfast was very good and varied. I did not try the pool or gym, but they seemed decent. Quality of service at the spa is inconsistent. Cannot recommend the room service - I ordered green curry. It was just chicken that had been dipped in curry, while good - no rice or sauce. Very little by way of toiletries. The trips offered at concierge or not necessarily a better deal than those you’d find online. We couldn’t control the AC, other than to turn it on and off.

Yes very happy with our hotel, the staff, the breakfasts. Loved the position overlooking the park. When we had an issue with anything in our room it was addressed immediately. Our maid was lovely and the room always spotless. Thank you

Very nice location close to Asok Station (BTS), which means Metro is available too. Clean and well-maintained. Convenience stores within 3-minutes walk.
