Property is quite old with rooms very stuffy and poorly ventilated. You either have a choice of keeping your (unscreened) windows very wide or having a very hot room - had to choose between boiling or listening to accordion music from the neighbors past 1am. Showers are fine, breakfast is pretty good. Not worth the price.

Excellent hotel located away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Cortina yet 30 min walk away. The hotel is a nice boutique hotel with great food (we stayed 3 nights and literally ate there 3 times a day) The staff is superb, friendly and efficient. Great breakfast and great gym for Italy with very new equipment. The waiters and waitresses were exceptional led by Federico, Lorenzo and their 2 support ladies …. Easy covered parking onsite All and all a great place to see the other side of the Dolomites !!!
