we stayed for 2 weeks breakfast we payed extra - never hot food We had to ask for towels Only one elevator - long waits No place to do laundry Weekends were hard to get your room cleaned Dishes were left outside peoples room never picked up

All places of interests like Oxford Street, Soho, Chinatown, Covent Garden, is within walking distance. The location is super busy but at the same is very quiet. Their staff are wonderfully warm and welcoming and they always try their best to make sure you have what you need or you know where you're heading. Truly impressive and impeccable services - rates are expensive but the services you get here is worth every penny.

NIce location. Friendly staff. Rooms were very clean and nice.

Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful, they were fast responding when we called the concierge for taking our heavy luggage down to check out. We booked a garden view room, which was nice and quiet but the room is kinda small not enough space for opening up a large size checked in suitcase. The hotel is close to Earl’s Court station within few minutes walk.

Had a great stay - easy to get to tube and although the area directly around the hotel looks a bit rough I still felt safe and there was much going on within an easy walk.

Arthur and the staff at the SAVOY went the extra mile to accommodate a paraplegic guest - even removing the legs from the bed to make it four inches lower. Highly recommended for travelers with disabilities. If that is not enough, breakfast every morning was fabulous!
