The room, as anticipated, was clean and comfortable but what impressed me most was the way in which the front staff went out of their way to help.
The hotel is morover easy to find some 10 minutes walk from the station and parks.

Probably the best onsen spot in Arima! The staff and service was remarkable. They serve you handmade matcha and Kinoko odango when you arrive. The experience and atmosphere felt as if I came to Japan's country side.
