My husband and I loved the stay. All employees were nice, excellent breakfast and cleaning. I told them it was my husband's birthday and they filled the room with balloons and gave us a card with a free drink. We feel very special. The only point is that the downtown of Los Angeles is completely dirty and unsafe. But about the Hotel, nothing to complain about.

The room was clean and well-maintained. The staff were helpful. The location is great if you wanna enjoy Hollywood and other neighboring touristy things.
However, the rooms aren't very sound-proofed and this is not the sound from the music from the rooftop or ground floor but sound coming through other rooms.
Overall the experience was good for a one-time visit.

Cute vibe...super clean and host was communicative. There is a parking fee in order to park on the premises. Laundry inside our room was available and convenient. Cleanliness is most important to me and that was 5 stars. Will stay again.

Check-in was unexpected but very easy. It was my first time checking in to a hotel with a virtual concierge, but was simple and were very clear on the process. The room was small but fit our needs. The hotel is near everything from Hollywood stars of fame, Ameoba records and plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. The sidewalks had a lot of dog poop, but it's not fault of the hotel. Would stay there again for their great walking distance to everything.
