Good location & nice environment. Would be great if coin laundry is available & room clean-up be more thoughtful, like not repeatedly giving us more & more toiletries that we did not use. Having said, overall speaking it’s still very good.

This was a beautiful spacious room with a wonderful view. Easy 5 min walk to the train station made exploring the area so easy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. breakfast buffet was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel!

The staff was very friendly, and the property was very clean.
The food options at the restaurants mainly catered to the Japanese palate. Only crossaints and the fruits were inticing to my palate.

Beautiful hotel with a resort feel. Not close to train stations, but there is a shuttle provided to take you to Osaka station. I only took it once, but it appears to get packed from either end of the trip. The walk to/ from close stations is about 15-20 minutes.
Grocery store Life is nearby as well as a Family Mart. There is a 7 11 in the hotel.

"cleanliness and condition of the property is starting to dwindle since our visit from last year. onsen had algae growth, tatami mats had stains on them, some damage to walls and ceilings. Could be bad guests damaging the property in general wear and tear."
