We drove to the ryokan from Nagoya Centrair and had no problems finding it. Parking was free and it was conveniently located right next to the ropeway (which was great!). All of the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Not everyone spoke english, but they all did their best to assist us. Rooms were quite and cozy. And its the best breakfast buffet you'll ever experience.
