Staff was exceptionally supportive, informative and helpful. They really enabled us to enjoy the full range of opportunities and activities in the area, rather than steering us into activities that they offered and managed. They provided honest advice and descriptions of what was available which helped us get the most out of the limited time we had. The lobby and dining area are open to and well-integrated with the grounds, which makes it possible to enjoy the local animals and plants that live on the grounds and are a part of the resort. One of the things we really liked is that Peace Laguna has a strong flavor of being on the Thai seacoast; it is not a cookie-cutter product that could be set down anywhere in the world. Inside, Peace Laguna is quiet and peaceful with a broad range of ages and nationalities: from families with infants through people in their seventies with no particular nationality or age-range dominating. Yet the beach and the full range of restaurants, bars, shops and stores are just a block away.

Pool areas both lovely, the lower pool is a lot warmer than the one in the top hotel. WiFi goes off whenever you leave but easy to reconnect. The steps from the reception to the main building are quite considerable with no other means of getting from reception to our room. Although the hotel is alcohol free the mocktails are really nice.

This is an idyllic hotel. Very nice staff. The room was immacualte. Felt like you were in a haven of quiet away from the madness of Krabi even though the beach is only a ten min free shuttle ride away. Excellent breakfast too.

The service was amazing. The staff is very accommodating, and the resort itself was absolutely gorgeous. everything was nice and clean, including the pool area.
