We had an amazing stay. The hotel was clean and luxurious. Bedrooms were cosy and beds super comfortable. However, although the room area was utilised well, once suitcases were there was not much space to move around. The two breakfast options were delicious (Japanese style and western buffet). The staff were extremely polite and helpful.

One of the nicest stays that we had in Tokyo. Right by the train station, any food we would want is less than a 5 minute walk, and of course, it still has the new car smell - since it is 4 weeks old. 10/10.

The hotel was easy to find and very close to the train station and convenient stores. The deluxe Japanese room is spacious even for 4-6 adults, clean and modern, same for the furniture fixtures; shower and toilet rooms were just as spacious and clean. Amenities are more than we needed; laundry machine had easy instructions. Front desk staff was INCREDIBLY helpful and so polite. The deck was a bonus, although the train tracks were right across the street, the view is still just as wonderful. Really enjoyed this property and would return again. Highly recommend to stay here.

My stay at the Grand Prince Hotel Shin Takanawa in Tokyo, Japan was nothing short of amazing. From the beautiful architecture to the outstanding hospitality, this hotel delivered a true luxury experience in every way. The rooms were spacious, modern, and offered incredible views of Tokyo along with the hotel’s stunning Japanese gardens. After busy days exploring the city, it was the perfect place to relax and recharge in comfort. The attention to detail throughout the property was impressive, and the staff provided exceptional service from check-in to departure. One of the highlights was the peaceful atmosphere surrounding the hotel. Even though it is located in the heart of Tokyo near Shinagawa Station, the gardens and elegant setting made it feel like a private oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The dining options were excellent, and the overall cleanliness and presentation of the hotel were top-tier. If you are traveling to Tokyo and looking for luxury, convenience, and authentic Japanese hospitality, I highly recommend the Grand Prince Hotel Shin Takanawa. Truly a memorable 5-star experience.

Beautiful new hotel, although space is still tight, it is well thought out and beautifully designed. There is slight road noise coming through the windows though, so sound proofing could have been better. Overall, recommended!

Great location, very important to know you need west exit of train station - navigating was difficult even with Google Maps!! No grid system and many streets are 2 levels. Loved our room and 2 unexpected surprises- a view of Mt Fuji and of the nightly projection show at the Govt building. Check out the nice fountain and outdoor seating at the Starbucks across the street- across from level 2 of the hotel!
