LAAC was hands down the best place we stayed while on our trip and it was all down to the amazing staff. Every single member of the team we encountered was so helpful and friendly, going out of their way to help us and nothing was too much trouble. The facilities were also amazing and the use of the basketball court, swimming pool and spa were a huge highlight for us. We will be recommending this hotel to anyone travelling to LA.

Very clean. Friendly staff both drinks and late check out was MUCH more affordable than staying on the strip. Grab coffee & breakfast at Pizza Forte as its prices a far less than any other LV hotel casino location.

Staff was awesome at check in. The location of the Rio being not far off the Las Vegas blvd Strip is amazing! ( roughly 5/8 minutes walk 2 minutes drive depending on traffic conditions) The room we had was a suit it was advertised and shown as newly renovated, but it looked a bit outdated. After our first night and we left the room, we followed up and asked a staff member at the check-in encounter to have our room cleaned and serviced upon our return we found the room was not cleaned not serviced at all. The room also had no in room microwave. A/C heating system was working ok. ( it’s like it had a mind of its own) TV system not enough viewing options. The beds were very clean and fresh pillows and bedding. Mattresses were kind of a bit too firm. Ordering room service was a bit different so we chose to eat out every day.

Check in was a breeze. Got to check in 4 hours early. Upgraded to strip view suite. Grabbed a last minute reservation at Alle 66, staff was great. Next morning hit up the Awana spa for couples fountain of youth package. Incredible. Staff was super helpful and guided us on how to do everything. Lunch at VIVA was amazing. Happy hour $6 beers?! Yes please. We ordered the entire 6 item happy hour food menu and everything was fabulous. Next morning we hit up Juniors for breakfast before heading out. Delicious low key diner vibe. Loved the Conrad. Will be back. Great home base for a Vegas trip.

Eveything was perfect. I have stayed at alot of places in vegas and this was well worth the money. Will stay again.

We were able to order a bread basket for the room that was warm and timely We also ate downstairs and had a yogurt parfait that was tasty and fresh We had a great dinner at Nova Was great

Can’t say enough good things about the staff and service. We were only there for one night, but we were treated like special guests. Gorgeous decor, fitness center, pool, rooms, ba to rooms. Our requests were accommodated, the kids got little gifts from the staff, the in-room dining meals and Ospero breakfast were delicious, the views were spectacular, the amenities were plentiful. We usually don’t like to stay at the same hotel more than once, but this one definitely “rose” to our needs and likes. Thank you!

Had a great stay here. Location (south side of Hollywood) was excellent to the places we wanted to go. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet and nicely sized. Onsite parking was most convenient and at a great price (per 24 hrs). Hotel staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. My only critique is that the bathroom was rather tight and could have stood to be larger, but overall this classic and historic hotel is a terrific find and an outstanding value for the price (and the Edmon restaurant is excellent). Would definitely stay again.
