Great staff and location . Would return .

It was fine. Pros: - exceptionally quiet - friendly, helpful staff - fast elevators Cons: - Room missing some amenities (coffee, adjustable fridge temp, extra blankets). - overnight room temp swung from freezing to comfortable randomly - some plugs didn’t charge, safe was wonky - lobby / casino / restaurant kind of dark, chaotic and sad Overall, it’s a good option at that price point. Probably just in need of some modernization / renovation to bring it to 2025 expectations.

Hotel was very nice. Room was clean and very nice. Staff and valet were exceptional. Breakfast was very good, and omelet bar was a major plus.

My wife and I were there for 5 days and we couldn’t be more happy with our stay. We definitely plan on staying here again.

Absolutely loved our stay at Short Stories hotel. The room was spacious, homey and clean. The housekeeping staff were incredible and provided a turn down service as well as the morning housekeeping. It’s a very central location and super convenient being right across from the Grove and Farmers markets. We really enjoyed our stay here

My wife and I were there for 5 days and we couldn’t be more happy with our stay. We definitely plan on staying here again.

Room was very spacious and elegant. I was not happy that there wasn’t a microwave. We kept some leftovers and wanted to eat them that evening but had no way to reheat. Also, every hotel I have stayed at had complementary coffee in the room except this one. You would think for the price they would offer these things but it is probably so you will spend more money getting coffee and food downstairs.

This is a well kept property. The staff is very welcoming, courteous, and very responsive.

The room was decent. The toilet did not flush correctly and made a loud noise as the water tank refilled. The carpet was uneven with bumps causing us to trip several times. Housekeeping was very attentive.
