Had an amazing time at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica. Staff were very friendly, and the food was delicious. They have an atm at the resort and small bills at the front desk if you forget to bring.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Would like to see more entertainment, I've been to other Secret Resorts and there seems to be more entertainment, different food prepared by pools and activities.

"Pricy hotel/resort. For the price, breakfast is not included and they charge $25 per person. Staff were uninterested in providing help. Shuttles were quick and prompt. The view is not great either. Overall just an okay experience."
