Beautiful hotel and friendly staff.

We really enjoyed this resort. It was very quiet as it was adults only and did not seem to be fully occupied. We never had any issues getting a pool chair or reservations in the restaurants. The one thing we did not like was there was nothing to do in the evenings. There's no live music or shows or entertainment. So it was very quiet. You could take shuttle to their other resorts and use their facilities. But I'm not sure if they had evening entertainment. The food was really good at Resort and next door at Sunset Resort which you could access with a quick shuttle ride. Marco the food and bev manager was excellent and very helpful

The rooms are very large and very well serviced. The staff are exceptional.

The people were very nice, helpful and friendly. The Room had not heated, and was was cold at night. The view of the ocean was terrific. The food was a B minus.. most of the all inclusives have good to great buffets for breakfast. Lunch and dinner. This had an ok breakfast, no dinner so had to go to specialty restaurants which were good but not casual with very few American food choices. Catalina the personal butler was excellent, Norberto at the Peninsula was outstanding. Nelson and Carlos were great waiters on the beach. Antonio was excellent at the club. Nadia saved our trip at the front desk.. she listened as well as the Bell Captain personally escorted us to the room.. Overall a B, It was nice to have a sports bar to watch the Packer game, We also enjoyed the spa would give the A minus. The staff overall was an A. Robb and Sandie Las Vegas,Nv

Room was great and everything works and is clean. Cleaning staff and room service was responsive, all staff were extremely courteous and pleasant. Food quality overall is excellent, and the buffet always featured a good amount of healthy options as well. It's predominantly good, real food, with only one poolside bar serving american junk food. The e-boys / activity leaders really made our stay memorable, and our favorite guys were Francisco, Axel, Ivan, and Miguel.
