The location was nice, being walking distance from the Empire State Building and Times Square. Run of the mill hotel room that would be overpriced anywhere else, but otherwise quite affordable for NYC. Staff was pleasant.

Awesome hotel — location, restaurant…even has a decent gym!

The room had a funny fish like odour at the entrance on arrival Room service and maintenance cleaned Air con duct and carpet-it was better but still there when I left. Reported to check out team to sort-Otherwise a great stay and good b/fast with some very helpful staff.

The staff was so amazing! Pleasant and helpful. It was especially nice that they volunteered to give me a room upgrade.

Amazing location in Rome and the rooms are modern and comfortable albeit a little small. No drink making facilities in the rooms with a coffee machine only in the reception. They put this on free vend during the hours of breakfast. This hotel is desperate for drinks in the room

Very clean and staff was great and helpful. Bartenders at rooftop bar made the experience very fun.

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was the perfect place for our first few days in Rome. The location was amazing — we were able to walk almost everywhere and were so close to so many of the main sights, restaurants, cafés, and everything we wanted to experience. It made exploring Rome so easy. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and such a nice place to come back to after long days walking around the city. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay and made us feel very welcome. We had such a great experience here and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Rome. We would definitely stay again!
