Restaurant and staff very good. Rooms very very dated. Mattress old and very lumpy. Air Con non existent unless in Lobby Majority of staff excellent.

Really friendly and helpful welcome on check-in. We were also given a room with a mini fridge, which was very useful. Great clean, large room with comfortable bed.

The room was clean and very spacious, the bed was comfy, staff was very helpful and kind, food at the restaurant was good too. It is closed to the tram and metro so that’s a plus too and the area was nice and quiet.

Overall fantastic hotel to stay at, the vibes were great and the hotel has very eccentric and modern decor. The staff were courteous and helpful, and housekeeping cleaned my room up to standard daily. The amenities were also great and you could tell the hotel didn’t skimp out at all. The rooms were incredibly spacious, and the hotel is conveniently located next to a metro station as well as a food market in the same building on the ground floor. Would definitely come back again if I’m in the area.

Great location for access to the metro stations. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Lots of shopping, dining options and attractions. Highly recommend.
