Great hotel, great room, great location. Will be back!

Everything is as great! The rooms were nice and clean with comfy beds, loved the bar area and the food was delicious. Will definitely stay here whenever we come back to NYC

What a wonderful surprise to come to Manhattan and get a great location and terrific hotel for such a reasonable price. Far exceeded my expectations. I can’t say enough about the professionalism and hospitality shown by the concierge and the Reception staff.

The original room was old and dirty. The bed was full of hairs. They upgraded us to a room that was renovated which was much better. The room was okay but not worth the price. The pictures on the site definitely do not look the same in person. I wouldn’t stay here again.

I like the location and flexibility of the time of check in and kindness of the staff.

The front desk staff and housekeeping were spectacular. The room was well laid out, very clean, comfortable bed, and well curated amenities. What lets this hotel down are the very popular public spaces. In the morning we had to walk through two different photography session going on. In the evening, after seeing two shows, I was very much looking forward to a nightcap but the bar was three people deep and very loud. I am sure the hotel appreciates the revenue but it seems to come at the expense of the comfort of their paying guests. So I would say the accommodations are excellent but the hospitality needs improvement. If you need a room near FiDi or City Hall then I would recommend but if you are booking this to experience the environment of a full service hotel there are better options in NYC.

You simply get what you pay for. A true 5 star hotel!

The staff were terrific,, accessible and welcoming... Rooms were kept so clean. Staff at the breakfast buffet were gracious and helpful... Great location... Will be back... Michael & Sarah C.

We booked the hotel for a 7 day visit. The location was amazing, especially if your trip is focused on midtown: we walked to Times Square, Bryant Park, Grand Central, Empire State... lots and lots of food options nearby and an amazing bodega right around the corner and a cozy and delicious little cafe. Shout out to reception desk who were amazing all the time there, the doorman (he rocks), and housekeeping. Everyone was cordial, including the waiters at Take Care restaurant. The room was ample of the 3 of us so we were grateful for that (that was one of the reasons that sold us the hotel) and there were plenty of space for our clothes and luggage. It was also quiet: we requested a quiet room and they gave us one in the corner of the 5th floor. Amazing. It had a view to Lexington street and even so we heard nothing but the occasional door slam (nothing that bothered us) and sometimes a car below, but it was really really quiet!) Our reservation let us choose 2 items every day from their selection, which we liked (apple juice, water bottle, chips, gatorade, etc). We were able to refill our water bottles in the fitness room every day. The restaurant in site, Take Care, is nice and the waiter was amazing, but the pancakes were not tasty
