You have to pay the resorts fee even youre not gonna use it.Theres always long line in the front desk.we requested extra blankets by phone and housekeeping but nothing came.

Staff was friendly when we wanted to upgrade room as our first room didn’t look like it had been cleaned there were tacks in walls with tape on walls and fuzzies all over the floor and a half roll of TP with no extra

This is an excellent resort. It is the second time we have stayed and we have found it very clean, renovated and especially friendly staff. The room prices are wallet friendly and the restaurant choices are great. Valet parking was wonderful and close to check in desk. The pool looks nice, although we were busy attending an event, so didn't have time to try it. Nice choice.
