After booking and paying online i found self check in was required and photo id was required. I don't appreciated providing this form of id online. Lengthy list of instructions how to enter the building and apartment only to find it is a hospial and medical centre. More informarion should be provided as to where acccomation is situated. Once booked you can't change your mind. Not a fan of the whole process. Will read reviews more carefully next time.☹️
