However, the staff is exceptionally friendly and courteous. The interior, including the rooms, is impeccably clean. The staff were kind, welcoming and helpful! The room was nice and the bed was amazing. The location was ideal for getting around. The bus and metro stops weren’t too far walking (15 minutes max) which helped with getting around Paris. Plus lots of shopping and food spots in the near vicinity.

The service of the hotel staff was great, the bed was comfortable and the location of the hotel is great. The neighborhood is great for walking, close to many good restaurants and close to Sacre Couer and close to 2 metro stops.

We had a suite two levels . Annoyed that bathroom was on lower level and bedroom on upper level,very tasking especially at night . No room service after midnight . Was offered cheese and bread separately to make my own sandwich lol. Don’t expect this from a 5 star hotel .

The hotel is amazing, staff are excellent and so helpful, breakfast is overpriced and the hot ? items were warm but the staff are real professional, a real fairytale hotel which I would recommend to everyone, I liked the fact you have to show your magic pass to enter the hotel which makes it feel even more exclusive
