Great, everything works. Only inconvenience to note if u book the same room under 2 different reservations, u need to reactivate your room cards for the next booking. We stayed over 3 nights. Booked 2 nights with breakfast & 1 without breakfast coz of an early flight. We had to reactivate the cards even though it’s for the same room, under the same name.

A beautiful hotel, really comfortable bed and lovely staff. Would stay again.

Nice Breakfast & Room

Stunning rooms, excellent breakfasts, and a great overall atmosphere. The breakfasts were generous, healthy, and delicious, with the bread and specialty butters being particular standouts. The design and finishes throughout the property show real care and attention to detail. The one thing that felt slightly off was the service style. The staff were polite and friendly, but seemed overly reserved and lacking confidence. We were also given a very detailed room briefing on arrival. As it was late and we were tired, a shorter introduction would have been more appropriate, as some of the information felt unnecessary. A beautiful property overall, with just a few refinements needed in the guest experience.

Very nice afternoon tea. staff are very nice. The breakfast is a bit too simple, not very value for money.
