The room was clean, the property offers spectacular views. Giorgio (sp) was awesome. He was a gracious host, very pleasant, offered great suggestions. He went above and beyond helping us get our luggage up and down the stairs. A wonderful experience.

True definition of a 5-star experience. Second to none view, room amenities, staff, breakfast and concierge service. The only other thing I would mention is due to the hotel's location, it involves a lot of steps to get to from your room to the main public area. If you have knee issues, I'd request a high room, but even - a lot of steps.
