Yes, staff was wonderful, helpful, kind, and smily; the room was clean, with fresh linens daily and tidy, all graciously spoke english as appropriate and went out of their way to be helpful; the food and service were fabulous; amenities were very appropriate for our needs; and the cost very fair. Great staff, clean room, comfortable bed, great bathroom, and great breakfast. Felt safe, importantly. The downsides are the high price and poorly maintained fitness facilities.

Room was huge with great views. Traffic noise a bit of an issue even on the 13th floor. Needs some rough edges in maintenance looking after. Staff were superb and the location is perfect.
