Room was nice, staff nice and friendly. Outside, of property was nice as well.. Only, downside was sometimes the Wi-Fi would work. Sometimes it would not.

Hotel lobby was under construction messy entryway with unclear directions on where to go when you walk in as the check-in process was on a different floor. Parking was exorbitantly expensive as are the items in the mini bar in the room. I ordinarily want to two dollars or 12 to 15 or $20 which is just highway robbery. I've stayed at the W in other cities and had a much better experience.

No. Balcony view not scenic. I really liked the hotel. I don’t like $30 parking fees. And $15 for a glass of wine is absurd But I would stay here again. Neat. Clean. Convenient to things.

overall, staff is great. two downsides is and the sushi bar food is the only meal i have had at your casino that wasnt excellent. it was very mediocre.

Everything was amazing and will be staying there again soon.

Clean and well designed room, great internet and excellent overall amenities. Location next to Walt Disney Music Cwnter and The Broad only enhanced the experience for us.
