I had a not very good experience in Novotel, Nadi. The bathroom doors were not working. No complimentary drinking water in the room. Very much understaffed. We had to wait a long time for food. Even for bills we had to go to the dining desk to prepare a bill. Not much greenery in the site. Lawn grasses had all dried up and it seemed no one was taking care of the lawns.

We recently spent a week staying in the cabins and, overall, had a pleasant experience. The surroundings were beautiful, with lovely natural scenery that created a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. The staff were friendly, helpful, and provided good service throughout our stay.
The area was generally quiet and calm, making it a great place to unwind. However, there was quite a bit of noise during the night from chickens and dogs, which unfortunately disturbed our sleep on several occasions.
The breakfast was somewhat disappointing and did not meet our expectations. The portions were very small, and the overall selection was more limited than we had anticipated.
In summary, this is a charming place with beautiful surroundings and good service. However, improvements to the breakfast would make the experience even better.

"The beach at this rental is very nice. It is shallow a long way out and we snorkeled right from the beach. We kayaked out to see the rays and sharks. It was an easy trip.
