Good size rooms, had courtesy shuttle and tram station for going to strip. Kinda far out though and nothing else around it. Room in North Tower nicely updated.

Fantastic room, spacious, quiet, great view, fun pools

Traveled with the family. Three kids and two adults. Room was spacious and it worked great to have the separate living quarters to make bedtime easy. Room wasn’t the cleanest (floors) and some small inconveniences like bathroom fixtures coming out of the wall. Overall an okay stay. For us the location was good because we were only visiting the strip two of our 5 days. Easy to travel out of Vegas but for someone hoping to spend all their time on the strip probably a bit far.

Love the vibe of this hotel. The rooms are stunning, incredibly spacious, and feel more like a home than a typical hotel room. The views are top-notch, and the location is hard to beat—everything you need is conveniently nearby. The beds and furniture are exceptionally comfortable and inviting, making it easy to relax and settle in. I especially loved the bathroom products and the signature scent throughout the room—so much so that I’d recommend buying the room spray from the gift shop. The welcome note and treats waiting for us upon arrival were a thoughtful touch and made us feel appreciated. Check-in could have been a bit friendlier, but that may just be part of the LA hospitality style.

We stayed here as a group of three adults and two children. Our room on the 5th floor had two large beds and a sofa, which was comfortable and spacious for our family. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, so everyone could find something they liked. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist us with directions and recommendations. The hotel’s location in Times Square was a huge advantage. It made it very easy to reach many of New York’s main attractions on foot or by public transportation. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York.

Enjoyed our stay. It’s nice and quiet, away from the noise and nice to have the subway, shops and park close by

The check in process was quick and easy. Triana was super helpful and I want to thank her. Room was clean . The water pressure was not that great. Breakfast was diverse and tasty. Parked at Robo Parking next to the hotel and would recommend it.
