The cleanliness the staff are all incredible, so helpful they go above and beyond to help you with anything you need. the room is clean and spacious; breakfast is delicious and very convenient the best place to stay.

I enjoyed my stay, the employees were polite and friendly.

Staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, very friendly and welcoming. One staff member walked us 500m down the road to show us a massage place and other shops. Highly recommended them. Rooms could have been a little cleaner but still the cleanliness was 8 out of 10

The room was tired and worn out, but clean. The location is first class - close to Beijing Road and everything you need. The hotel is tricky to find on foot If you enter through the mall, stay on the ground floor and head out the back past the escalator. If you take the metro head to exit D, and take the first left - don't go up the steps to the street. There is an escalator that leads directly to the hotel.

The room is clean and neat, the staff is very friendly and helpful. It’s a great hotel with history and nice restaurants and exhibitions on site. Highly recommended.
