Our stay with Nine Tree is the highlight of our trip. It is the best decision we ever made. The room was clean and we loved the wide window which had nice view. Any guests should eat at Lamer Restaurant as it provides fresh and delicious food. The ambience is superb and very clean. All employees especially the front desk representatives were great and efficient. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends in USA and Philippines.

The property was very clean and in a good location (closer to Euljiro than Myeongdong stations however). Small things

The hotel was great for my wife and I. Having a washer and dryer in the room was definitely a plus. And the staff was cool enough to give us extra laundry detergent because we had a lot of clothes to wash. The room was smaller than expected, but it was clean and had everything we needed. Overall, the stay was great!

Beautiful hotel, amazing staff members and walkable location. We only stayed one night here, but from arrival to departure all staff went above and beyond to ensure we had the perfect stay. I would highly recommend and will absolutely return someday.

The only reason I booked this hotel was because it had a pool. If you have children, you know that’s a major factor when choosing a hotel. When we arrived at the pool, we were told there was an additional $45 fee, which was pretty appalling. I didn’t mind paying for it, but I absolutely expected the pool to be well-maintained. Unfortunately, it was anything but. The jacuzzi smelled strongly of mold and had visible algae buildup. My son’s white bathing suit even ended up stained green from the water. 😬 I gave feedback on our way out to someone at the gym front desk, but she was simply handing out receipts and didn’t even acknowledge my concerns at all. I also mentioned it to the front desk during checkout, and they apologized verbally. I am pretty well traveled person and this was a very disappointing experience considering I am pretty easy going. We will not be returning.

Apparently there is talk of this place closing down. Pool isn’t in operation and looks like it hasn’t been for some time. A few dead cactuses dotted around in pots near the cafe and breakfast room. Breakfast was good and a very handy CU convenience store in the foyer. About AU$12 for a k.ride to Hongdae.
