There was a significant amount of hair around the room. And when I had my socks on the floors they blackened quickly. It was an average stay and for what the price was, I expected it to be basic. But the cleanliness could be improved.

This is a hostel-standard “hotel”, with difference being that there are no bunk beds. Expect the bare minimum. The building looks like a hospital (interior and exterior). The positive I can find is its central location.

Very pleasant stay

The staff were excellent but unfortunately I have 1 gripe which was brought up the first time I stayed there about a year and half ago which still have not been fixed - getting in and out of the bathtub to have your shower. It is hazardous for young people whatmore for old folks like me (76 years). I hope that the hotel would look into this by the time I next come. The location is also convenient. We can walk to CentralWorld and it is also close to Chitlom BTS station from where we can get to Siam area, MBK and Terminal 21 shopping Centres. Overall I would recommend this hotel for its exceptional employee and location. Breakfast was also adequate with quite a wide range of food.

Lebua is a mix of upscale and dilapidation Stayed in one of the newly-renovated suites on the 55th floor. Room was bright, spacious, and well-appointed. View from balcony was spectacular, but no view from within room. Room furnishings were fine, but more IKEA than plush. Butler service was excellent. Upgrade to new suites was worth it just to have the butler. Everything I needed was delivered quickly and above expectations. Elevators were infuriating. Old, dim and musty. Sometimes just changed directions while riding. Three different banks of elevators completely uncoordinated and unpredictable. Hotel has staff on the ground floor just to direct guests into elevators. Lounge was dismal. Entry is dark and unwelcoming, with deep, musty plush carpet. Lounge offerings were austere, with limited views and worn furniture. Hotel location is adequate, having decent eating and shopping nearby. ICON Siam is closed by taxi or tuk tuk and ferry. Overall I wouldn't book again in the future until the hotel is renovated to the standard of the 55th floor.

Room was excellent, spacious and clean. Staff superb and very helpful. There is very little to do there however, lacks ambience during the day and unless you take the boat out you feel a little stuck there for something to do. The pool has few sun-beds and where it is located everyone is constantly walking past you so not relaxing at all for us. Our balcony also was inaccessible as it was locked. The hotel said river view but only just!
