Clean & welcoming! Front desk and staff were very kind and helpful. Very conveniently located and still very quiet despite being right next to Heathrow airport.

This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel and it is amazing. We were upgraded rooms on arrival, the staff were very friendly and professional. The room was clean, it was quiet and under ten minutes to walk to the station. The breakfast was also amazing, especially the pastries. I would definitely stay here again.

We arrived early and they were able to get our room ready within an hour. That was really helpful. The hotel is close to the tube and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The rooms are on the small side but I would stay again.

My room was not maintained to any acceptable standard: *1. Filthy Floors:* The floors were visibly dirty and filthy. As a parent traveling with a baby, I did not feel safe letting my child on the floor. *2. AC Not Cooling:* The air conditioning was not cooling. The room remained warm and uncomfortable throughout my stay, which was especially distressing while traveling with an infant. *3. Elevator Out of Service for 2 Days:* The elevator was not working for my entire three-day stay. I was forced to carry a baby in a stroller up and down multiple flights of stairs repeatedly. On my final day, I had to manage 4 pieces of luggage plus a stroller and a baby. I escalated these issues to the supervisor on duty, and I was met with no resolution. The complete lack of concern for a guest traveling with a child was unacceptable. Basic expectations of cleanliness, working facilities, and guest safety were not met. This was a stressful and exhausting experience rather than a stay.
