Beautiful hotel, really stylish and comfortable with impeccable vibes from the staff - they couldn't have been more helpful. The room was beautifully furnished with great views across the garden, and really tranquil despite it's closeness to Earls Court Rd. And fantastic cocktails in the bar - the honey drop was something else.

Victory House is very well located, right in Leicester Square. The room was spacious and very comfortable, with a lovely view of the square. The area is always lively, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby, and the Tube station is just a few steps away, which is very convenient. We arrived early, and the staff kindly stored our luggage for us. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and bed comfortable with good AC for summer time :) Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend Victory House for its excellent location and friendly service.

Great place to stay, great rooms and location but had wifi issues while we were there

It was a nice stay but could be improved. The standard room had 2 tiny single beds pushed together which created a very small double bed. Toiletries were bad, as all just refills and no individual ones. the hand and body lotion was really runny and lumpy and did not smell good. Breakfast was ok but the cheese omelette had zero cheese in it, or none I could find. Wasn’t offered anything with the omelette however guests on the table next to us were offered additional items with their omelette. Nobody asked us if everything was ok. Had to request more tea and butter etc. portions were clearly limited. Watch out for the hotel service charge added to your final bill and also had to ask for the 25% off Expedia discount. It was a nice stay but needs improvement

We loved our stay at the langham! The club lounge was fabulous, the staff were extremely nice.
