Pleasant surroundings and good pool options. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. We were disappointed with the location of our room above restaurant which lead to a 6.30 wake up call and noise travel until 11pm despite enquiring prior to check in for a quiet room (for elderly traveler), seeking assurance upon check-in and mentioning it on check-in feedback. Avoid block 2, floor 1 close to restaurant otherwise lovely stay.

This was most definitely a 5* trip for my family. The hotel is beautiful, the setting, the bedrooms, the pool area, the ambience, the restaurants...... A great place for a relaxing stay. A car was essential and getting around was easy. I'm not sure I would do my main summer holiday there for fear of the kids getting bored of the pool area and not being near the beach but that's a personal preference. I highly recommend a trip to the Zoetry if you're thinking about it. The only negative is the service, it's slow and quite often drinks are forgotten about and food takes very long. Fine for adults but kids can get a bit twitchy. They have a QR code facility for ordering drinks around the pool, it worked maybe 50% of the time. They claim the order didn't go through but when you submit the order you can hear the chime at the bar so not sure I always received an honest excuse for the lack of drinks. More of an annoyance than anything else which is why I stick to my 5* rating.
