The rooms are really nice, they actually change the sheets when they clean your room daily, the concierge staff were very helpful and friendly, and the complimentary breakfast wasn’t bad. Overall everything was completely awesome I had a great stay.

I had an amazing experience at the Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya. I was traveling by myself, and the welcoming atmosphere made it a perfect stay. The rooms have been beautifully refurbished, and both the room and the overall facilities were spotless throughout my visit. The pool area remains a major highlight—it is absolutely outstanding. A huge shout-out to Jacob the bartender for being so friendly and making me feel right at home while I was grabbing a drink! The entire staff was amazing and truly attentive. I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

North pattaya beach location close to terminal 21 with no road to cross to step on the beach, secret beach away from the bustle found steps down from the tennis courts, excellent buffet breakfast with a huge selection of delicious options daily, gorgeous views of Pattaya beach coastline, lovely atrium and signature hotel smell with great air conditioning throughout. You definitely get what you pay for staying here but would say it was an expensive stay given it’s Thailand and if you can sacrifice a few things you for sure can save money staying elsewhere. Would only dock points for finding a used hat in a drawer that wasn’t ours and the carpets could be better cleaned.
